Shooting a distance beyound 100 yards or so, we know can be trying.
I came across this YouTube story today. Shooting a 22lr rifle out to 400 yards.
NDRC at the present shoot at 100 metres, but we may soon be shooting 22lr out to 200 metres (and may be more?)
