NDRC offical website Terms and Conditions of use.

  • Be respectful to other website users, website members and financial members of NDRC.
     

  • Be respectful to NDRC sponsors and associated businesses.
     

  • Do not pose any political, racist, religious or slanderous comments, whether in jest or otherwise.
     

  • Be mindfull the NDRC website is used by minors. Do not use bad language.
     

  • Your website member details must correctly identify you. Using an alias for your display name or as your first/last name is not permitted.
     

  • The administrator(s) of the NDRC website reserve the right to refuse website membership and therefore access to NDRC Website Member pages and/or to NDRC Financial Member pages without any form of notice, verbal, written or otherwise and without explaination or reason provided.
     

  • The administrator(s) of the NDRC website reserve the right to revoke access to NDRC Website Member pages and/or to NDRC Financial Member pages at any time, without any form of notice, verbal, written or otherwise and without explaination or reason given.

NDRC range attendance Terms and Conditions.

NDRC is affiliated with NRAA/NSWRA and shot under the SSR (Standard Shooting Rules) provided by them. NDRC is a private club and as such has its own rules and policies applicable to attendance.
 

  • Spectator. The spectator must observe all directions issued to them by Range Officers. The attendee must at all times remain behind the currently in use shooting mound. At all times, attendance of a spectator is left to the discretion of the Range Officers and other NDRC officials.
     

  • No firearms licence (try shooting). The attendee must be over 12 years old and able to successfully complete a P650 form and have it ratified by a NDRC club official. The shooter must then observe all directions issued to them by Range Officers and the shooter's assigned trainer. At all times, taking part of any type of event is left to the discretion of the Range Officers and other NDRC officials.
     

  • Non curent NDRC members. The shooter must hold current membership to the NDRC's associated sporting body NRAA/NSWRA. The shooter must hold a current NSW Firearms licence of the appropriate category for the arms being shot. The shooter must not have experienced any disciplinary action (past or on going), by any shooting club or shooting range. The shooter should consider and will be expected to join the NDRC after attending the range 3 times. The shooter can not use the range for sighting in purposes. At all times, taking part in any type of event is left to the discretion of the Range Officers and other NDRC officials.
     

  • Current NDRC members. The shooter must hold a current NSW Firearms licence of the appropriate category for the arms being shot. The shooter must not have experienced any unresolved disciplinary action (past or on going), by any shooting club or shooting range. At all times, taking part in any type of event is left to the discretion of the Range Officers and other NDRC officials.
     

  • By invitation. The shooter must be invited to an open event held by NDRC. The shooter must complete a provided acceptance form prior to arrival at any "By invitation" event. The shooter must hold a current NSW Firearms licence of the appropriate category for the arms being shot, OR if the invitation is extended to interstate shooters, the shooter must hold an interstate Firearms licence that is recognised as valid in NSW law as setout by NSW Police Firearm Registry and any other controlling body. At all times, taking part in any type of event is left to the discretion of the Range Officers and other NDRC officials.
